01:07 Made from worms that we call Superworms.
01:11 This is what we call Darkling Beetle.
01:14 So the egg of this Darkling Beetle is what becomes a Superworm when it's hatched.
01:19 Don't mistake it for a small one, because it looks so big.
01:23 It's rich in protein.
01:25 Meet Edwin, one of the local breeders and supplier of Chichaworms in Bohol.
01:32 He currently supplies 7 stores of this organic delicacy.
01:39 These are just a few of the containers where he breeds Darkling Beetles and Superworms.
01:47 In 2019, I started breeding Superworms.
01:50 I don't cook them, I just feed them to my chickens.
01:55 I tried to cook them, then I fed them to my siblings and my wife.

02:01 Aside from their healthy nutrition, do you know that Superworms eat Tarshir?
02:08 They might reach maturity, up to 2 months, they can be cooked.
