Questions raised after HMP Wandsworth prisoner escapes facility and what we know so far

Serious questions have been been raised about how a former military officer that was awaiting trial has escaped from HMP Wandsworth.
It is believed the prisoner escaped by strapping himself to the underside of a food delivery van.
The escape lead to disruption at London airports.
