00:00 [GROANING]
00:02 Tonight, we are all afraid.
00:05 There have been two murders.
00:07 [BELL RINGING]
00:09 [CRASHING]
00:12 In "The Haunting in Venice," we take the bones of Agatha Christie's mystery,
00:18 the book called "Halloween Party," and put it into Venice
00:21 with all of these wonderful actors to create the perfect haunting mystery.
00:28 It was very exciting to be a part of this ongoing film legacy of these stories.
00:33 And action.
00:35 My character is loosely based on Agatha Christie.
00:38 Poro, I've found something. She's a spiritualist.
00:41 Come with me to the Halloween party. We're invited to a seance.
00:45 It's a treat to be in the Agatha Christie world.
00:48 And everyone's really supportive.
00:50 And we all come together and the cameras are all up.
00:52 I love that. I love the theatrical side of it.
00:55 [CRASHING]
00:56 In doing the scenes, Ken brought everyone together as an ensemble.
01:01 It's very collaborative.
01:03 The whole group had to be very dramatic with different nuances.
01:07 Is someone there?
01:09 Murderer!
01:11 What is happening?
01:13 [CRASHING]
01:15 [SCREAMING]
01:17 With Ken directing, it's very good. He gets everyone together.
01:21 And we all just talk. These team bonding exercises.
01:23 It just creates this real sense of a unit and a company of actors and rolling this together.
01:27 [LAUGHING]
01:29 This is the beauty of having a big ensemble.
01:31 Just have this connection and this shared experience.
01:35 [CRASHING]
01:37 If I'm trapped here, so are you.
01:39 [CRASHING]
01:41 All of these wonderful actors provide a humanity that is very touching.
01:44 [HORN HONKING]
01:45 And very haunting.
01:46 [CRASHING]
01:47 All of which confuses you. And you are in quite the conundrum as to who done it.
01:53 For once in your life, admit that you are up against something bigger than you.
01:56 [CRASHING]
