00:18 and shared that her podcast started as a place
00:20 where she could open up about what she was struggling with,
00:22 but now it's evolved.

00:25 and giving them the opportunity to be vulnerable
00:27 and share any of the hurdles they've had in their life,
00:30 and really just kind of create this community
00:32 of minimizing shame and being more open
00:35 with all of our emotions.

00:41 - As humans, we all go through something in some way,
00:43 and so why not normalize it, connect about it,
00:45 and stop feeling so embarrassed
