00:04 Retirement pay of the former police officer who fired a gun at a cyclist was transferred to PNP.

00:11 Before being dismissed from the PNP, Wilfredo Gonzalez received more than half a million pesos in retirement benefit.

00:19 According to the director of PNP Retirement and Benefits, they will sue Gonzalez if he refuses to return the retirement pay.

00:28 The 2024 proposed budget of the Office of the Vice President and Education Department was approved by the Senate Committee on Finance.

00:35 But before this, Senate Minority Leader Coco Pimentel transferred the Office of the President of PNP 221.42 million pesos of its contingent fund

00:47 to the office of Vice President Sara Duterte in December 2022.

00:53 The 500 million pesos of confidential fund that is part of the OVP's 2.38 billion budget for 2024 was also left.

01:02 Senator Risa Ontiveros said that confidential funds can only be used by individuals.

01:09 According to VP Sara Duterte, the OVP will conduct surveillance if there is a report from the public.
