01:17 but I am, too. Because if you keep escalating this,

01:19 it's not just gonna be about broken elevators.

01:21 He's gonna find a way to kick us out of the building.

01:23 -Well, none of you are gonna want to hear this,

01:25 but I don't give a shit whether he kicks us

01:27 out of the building or not. -That's enough.

01:28 You don't go to war with the guy that owns your house

01:30 over something like this.
