00:14 Well, the Haven is absolutely pioneering and it provides a facility for people with complex
00:22 additional needs to access respite, to access facilities that don't exist anywhere else,
00:31 certainly in the Highlands. And I know I support so many families across the Highlands who
00:37 are in need of that additional support and have in many cases been struggling away on
00:43 their own for years and years. And for the first time they have this state-of-the-art
00:50 facility that will allow our young people who have additional complex needs to enjoy
00:57 services, classes, art classes, to access respite services and also what is essentially
01:05 soft play in a safe environment, giving them a quality of life and reflecting their inherent
01:13 dignity and worth.
