02:26 tragically lost their lives due to landslides and other rain-related incidents, with nearly
02:31 80 of these casualties occurring since 14 August. Since the monsoon began on 24 June,
02:39 a total of 242 lives have been lost in the state. As Shimla and its surrounding areas grapple with
