Mixed response to extended police powers across Adelaide

For the past month, police officers have been armed with stronger powers in a much larger area of Adelaide's CBD. The powers were expanded in response to growing concerns from businesses and residents about a so-called crime-wave outside of the usual nightlife hotspots
