01:31 And they were in LA and I was in Boston.

01:34 And we were on a FaceTime.

01:36 And they sent me our first song, "Let Me Touch Your Fire."

01:40 And I was like, "Who'd you guys write this for?"

01:42 And they were like, "I don't know. Us. It's just us."

01:46 And I was like, "That's sick."

01:48 And they were like, "What do we call it?"

01:50 And Nate was wearing a hat that said "Arizona."

01:54 And I was like, "Whatever. Let's just call it anything. Arizona."

01:59 And I typed it out in caps and put the spaces.

02:04 And just put it in the chat.

02:07 And we all kind of stared at it for a while.

02:09 And we were like, "That might be a thing."

02:12 And it's the best worst decision I've ever made.

02:15 Because our SEO is horrible.

02:18 But it never really mattered to begin with.

02:22 I kind of wish I was wearing a hat that said "Tacos."

02:25 Because then our band name would be "Tacos."

02:27 Yeah. It could have been anything.

02:29 It could have been as good as these tacos.

02:32 I think we have a lot of influences.

02:34 A diversity of influences in our music.

02:37 I mean, historically, you know, Beethoven and Bach were really important people.

02:42 For me, I think it's Chicago Nine Inch Nails.

02:49 For me, it was a lot of metal bands like Seho.

02:56 I grew up in a strict household.

02:58 So, like, my childhood influences are really cheesy, like CCM music.

03:05 But I think you can actually hear that in the production.

03:09 If I could only eat one food, it would probably be these tacos.

03:13 Or a burrito.

03:15 But they're kind of the same thing.

03:17 I love food.

03:19 How are you going to do me like that?

03:22 With the food?

03:24 Maybe something that I was severely allergic to.

03:28 Oh, yeah.

03:29 But if you're allergic to it, how are you going to eat it?

03:32 Like, if you could. It's a hypothetical.

03:39 I think fried chicken is so universal.

05:17 My favorite song of this album that we just put out,

05:24 which is also called "Arizona," is "Pray to God,"

05:30 because it seems to be the most controversial line of the whole album,

05:35 which is, "I killed a man there, and I prayed to God to cleanse me of my sins."

05:41 And a lot of people have been like, "Yo, you killed somebody."

05:45 And I was kind of like, "Maybe."

05:50 But I didn't.

05:52 For me, the song is about killing an old version of you,

05:57 growing and shedding all of the things that you didn't like about yourself

06:04 or learning new things and just changing the way you operate in the world.

06:09 And that's why it's my favorite song,

06:11 because I think for all of us collectively,

06:15 we're in a big growth season of our lives.

06:20 It's called the "30s."

06:22 Damn.

06:45 because it's really catchy and it gets stuck in my head.

07:05 It's my favorite song off the new album.

07:08 The experience that we want for our fans

07:12 can feel a similar catharsis and connection

07:17 and just, like, can be themselves with the music.

07:21 We hope it has, like, a reflexive sort of thing with our fans

07:25 where they can kind of feel, like, the joy and the peace

07:29 and the heartache that, you know,

07:32 all the vast range of emotions that we feel.

07:35 We just hope it allows them to do that.
