00:42 And the question of 300 circles is not only for the people of J&K or the country,
00:50 but the whole world is watching the Supreme Court.
00:54 Because the whole world knows that J&K is a Muslim majority state.
01:02 In 1947, we refused to divide on the basis of religion.
01:14 We joined hands with a democratic and secular India, thinking that we have a unique identity.
01:26 And when the leadership of the country at that time assured us that our unique identity would be safe in India,
01:40 we got guarantees in the constitution of India.
01:44 And we joined hands with this country.
01:49 Today, the whole world is watching the Supreme Court,
01:55 where justice is decided.
02:03 And if you look at the constitution of the country,
02:10 which was in force in India,
02:13 but since the last few years, especially after the 2018 Parliamentary elections,
02:20 the constitution has been kept on fire and is being run on the agenda of one party.
02:28 I think this is a big challenge for the Supreme Court.
02:32 It is not just a matter of removing Article 370 in a non-biased way.
02:37 The Supreme Court will have to see that the country where all institutions have been destroyed,
02:46 where there is only one institution left that can save the constitution of this country.
