British ex-pat David Hunter is released from prison over the mercy killing of his terminally ill wife who was suffering from blood cancer. Outside Paphos District Court, Mr Hunter thanked his former workmates, and those who have donated. His friend Barry Kent says receiving the verdict was like all his Christmases “had come at once”.
