00:00 I've lived in London for two years now and I've been massively affected by train strikes,

00:03 by nursery strikes, by the Royal Mail strike, everything.

00:08 But I think it is a right, that's the right that we all have in this economy and it's

00:13 fair, I think.

00:15 If you want to strike, you have the right to strike.

00:17 I think that's the only power you have as an employee.

00:20 Well, I think if, you know, it suits them, fair enough, but we are being looked after

00:26 by the juniors and whoever is there.

00:30 It doesn't matter how much they're earning, if you're doing that job and that's the pay

00:35 that you're entitled to and you should be getting, then we should be rewarding that.

00:40 And if it's a case of they can go abroad and get that pay, what's stopping them?

00:45 We need to keep them here.

00:46 I understand they're very well trained, so they deserve to be well paid.

00:51 But I feel averaging £90,000 to £120,000 is a reasonable salary living in London.
