00:05 whether it be every day, every week, every month,
00:07 every time I take a trip.
00:08 I will never, ever complete this collection.
00:11 It will just only keep growing.
00:12 As long as Disney keep making items, I will keep collecting.
00:15 My name is Katherine Hamilton.
00:17 I live here in Bramley, Leeds,
00:19 also known as the Disney Castle of Leeds.
00:22 So obviously you're gonna be looking at my Disney collection
00:24 which spreads the whole entire place of the house or castle.
00:29 I developed my Disney Facebook page
00:31 after taking my son, Archer,
00:32 who I think was about three years old
00:34 when we first started going.
00:35 And we went to Disneyland Paris.
00:37 And after going a few times,
00:38 I thought, actually, I can kind of spread this magic around
00:41 to spread a few tips and stuff.
00:42 So I made a Facebook called
00:44 Disneyland Paris Tips and Fan Page
00:46 and just spread a little bit of Disney magic,
00:47 helping people book their holidays and things like that.
00:50 That's developed over the years.
00:52 And I now do shopping for people.
00:54 So when I go on holiday,
00:55 I can pick bits and pieces up for them
00:57 and send it anywhere in the world.
00:59 Obviously on the back of going to Disneyland Paris so much
01:01 means you get a lot of Disney items,
01:04 hence why I'm now a collector.
01:06 Not just me, but obviously Archie as well.
01:09 It has overloaded into his bedroom.
01:11 He's a massive plushie collector of Disney,
01:13 so all things Disney plush,
01:14 and he can't throw them away, as I mentioned,
01:16 because we may have feelings, Toy Story and all that.
01:20 And I feel a bit guilty too.
01:22 And then Poseidon, my new little baby,
01:24 he has also started a little collection
01:26 of his very own of Mickey Mouses as well.
01:28 I've got many, many items,
01:30 and every single item,
01:31 whether it be of a high value or a low value,
01:33 means a lot to me.
01:35 Obviously it is nice to have some rare items
01:37 that are a little bit rarer,
01:39 either financially or just sentimentally.
01:42 So I'm part of the Inside Ears group
01:44 over in Disneyland Paris,
01:45 which is like a bit of a media team.
01:47 And on the back of that, the Marvel Hotel,
01:49 which used to be called the New York Hotel,
01:52 it was a New York themed,
01:53 and the Inside Ears sent me over a little bundle.
01:56 And in that I got a fragrance,
01:58 because in the hotel that used to be,
02:00 there's a fragrance pumped through the hotel
02:02 to make it smell like New York.
02:04 They sent me a bottle of that,
02:05 which is completely unavailable now,
02:07 and also a shower curtain.
02:08 So my shower curtain is actually from the hotel
02:11 in Disneyland Paris.
02:12 I feel like a celebrity when I go to Disneyland Paris,
02:14 'cause I'll just be walking around the park,
02:16 and they'll be like, "Hi, Catherine."
02:17 It's like, "Oh, hi, do you follow the page?"
02:19 I'll be like, "Oh, yeah, sorry."
02:20 Because they feel like they know me as well,
02:22 because I speak to everybody individually so much,
02:24 like when I come across on the camera to them.
02:26 I'm sure a lot of people on my page would agree with me
02:29 that a lot of people that like Disney, it's very magic.
02:32 That's why we love it.
02:33 Magic kind of then also floating, obviously, to Harry Potter.
02:38 So I find a lot of people that like Disney
02:39 also like Harry Potter and vice versa.
02:41 So I do have another collection
02:44 that kind of leads down my staircase,
02:45 and I have got my very own Diagon Alley.
02:48 So every time I come to bed or use the bathroom,
02:51 I have to walk up Diagon Alley
02:53 with the hand-painted glitter ceiling,
02:54 which took me about two or three weeks.
02:56 I think with Disney and Harry Potter in my house,
02:59 there's not probably a more magical house in Bromley,
03:02 that's for sure.
