Hello there! So today I'm going to walk you through our Kindle presentation template,
00:05
more especially the structure of it. So how to create a presentation with good
00:09
cover pages, dividers, and so on. So let's get started. When you start a new presentation
00:17
with our template, you're going to be presented a page like this. This is a cover page and we
00:24
need one in every presentation. But let's say you don't want it green, maybe you want it purple.
00:30
So what you're going to do is go in the format panel and then click on slide layout here,
00:36
and then you'll be presented all the pages we made for you in this template. So let's go in
00:42
the purple section and if you go all the way up you're going to see cover page, no photo or with
00:49
photo. So let's have this one, there you go. So you have your new cover page. Let's say you want
00:55
to add an agenda page. So to add a bit more structure to your presentation, you can go in
01:01
the add slide button up here and then staying in the same color, you can go down and then you'll
01:08
see here agenda or a table of content could work as well if you have more content and it's more of a
01:16
leave behind document. But let's go for agenda. And boom, there you can add all the chapters you're
01:22
going to have in your presentation. Speaking of chapters, let's say you want to add a section or
01:28
chapter in your presentation. What you're going to do is go in the add slides and on top of every
01:35
color you're going to see a page like this called chapter page. Just know that we highly recommend
01:42
changing color for every chapter you add in your presentation so it's easier to navigate through.
01:48
So let's say I want a green chapter. I'm going to click on chapter page and there you have it.
01:53
It comes with two pictures but if you only want one you can go a little something like this and
01:58
then add the content that you want in here. Then you probably want to fill your chapter. If you do
02:07
so you have to go back to add slide, stay in the same color like I mentioned and then just add a
02:13
page of your choice. Let's say this one here. If you have four little elements to fill in then you
02:19
can write whatever you want. If you feel like four information is a bit too much, you can take a look
02:27
if you go back in the slide layout here. If we have a version that is maybe a bit more appropriate for
02:32
your content, let's say this one here which has three instead. Otherwise you can also when you
02:38
need delete some little elements like this. So let's say you added a bunch of other pages like
02:47
this one here and another one like that. Maybe you want to do a subdivision of this section because
02:54
maybe it's going to get big. If you do that you need to just go back to add slides and add a
03:00
divider page in the same color which is going to look a little something like this. Then you can
03:06
give it its own little name and then add some more new pages under. So let's say we want this one
03:12
and this one here and there you have it. If you change chapter you just have to go back here and
03:19
then select a new color. Let's say blue and then you can add your chapter page and maybe some more
03:25
pages just to make it a bit bigger. When you're done with your overall content you can go back to
03:32
add slides and then ending your presentation with a new color again because it counts as a new
03:38
chapter kind of. So let's say we go to pink and maybe we can add a little ending slide such as
03:44
closing a statement here which is a thank you or you can go again here and change it for a contact
03:53
page which can be useful for a left behind document. Then you just have to fill in your
03:58
information. When you're done with your presentation we highly recommend you to nest
04:04
your pages to make it easier for you to read. So what you can do is basically create a section
04:09
by dragging your pages like this and make little groups. This way it's going to be easier for you
04:17
to find your way in after. There you go. So you can do that with all of them
04:22
and then you can do under group but let's not do that and so on. So there it is. Let us know if you
04:32
have any questions but I think this is a really good way to get you started into your brand new
04:37
presentation.
