In this video, Ivy shows you how to make a no-bake chocolate eclair cake that every southern grandma would approve of. After adding multiple layers of graham cracker and homemade vanilla pudding to a dish, chill it thoroughly in the fridge. Once the dish has been properly chilled, whip up the chocolate ganache over the stove and pour it over the chilled layers. It’s creamy, sweet, and perfect for a potluck!
