Pillowcase Rapist back in jail for kidnapping in Kern County

The man known as the Pillowcase Rapist is back in jail in Kern County on kidnapping charges after allegedly refusing to let a woman out of his vehicle in Southwest Bakersfield. The woman is in the hospital in stable condition after leaping out of the moving vehicle to escape. Ronald Feldmeier, 71, was convicted in Sacramento in 1986 for raping 4 women. Feldmeier's nickname came from his use of a pillowcase to restrain his victims.
