JPMorgan Makes Strategic Investment in Fintech Firm Cleareye.ai

JPMorgan ($JPM@US) has invested strategically in Cleareye.ai, a fintech firm focused on trade finance. The companies had already entered into a commercial partnership last September, and the financial terms of the investment were not disclosed. Cleareye.ai operates a platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and data to expedite trade finance processes and compliance. JPMorgan plans to use the company's software to manage compliance risks associated with each transaction by mapping data directly to the bank's back-office system.
