To cap off an amazing day, we take a peaceful evening stroll through Fushimi Inari Shrine. 00:06 We decided to stay a bit of the day in Kayama

00:09 Because we really liked it

00:11 So we start with a little restaurant at 11am

00:13 And yeah, after this party of the restaurant several times because there were too many queues

00:17 We decided to go there seriously

00:19 The restaurant in question is a restaurant of yakiniku

00:22 It's a kind of barbeque where you order meat and vegetables

00:26 And then you put everything on a hot plate

00:29 For the little meat point in Japan

00:31 There's wagyu, it's Japanese beef

00:34 And then there's Kobe, Ida, etc

00:37 Here, since Takayama is in the Ida region

00:39 Their specialty is Ida beef

00:41 And so, after the restaurant, a little visit of Takayama before going back to Kyoto

01:45 This one is special because the broth infuses for several hours

01:50 We end the day with a little digestive walk in Fushimi Inari

01:54 It's a temple located in Kyoto

01:56 It's one of my favorite spots

01:57 But it's often full of tourists

01:59 And in the evening it's so quiet with its beautiful illuminations

02:05 It takes about 2 hours

02:06 And enjoy a nice view of Kyoto
