County supervisors end Kern's covid emergency

The Kern County Board of Supervisors voted to end the local covid-19 emergency which started on March 31, 2020. This comes as California Governor Gavin Newsom ends the state's covid emergency as well. Although the municipal emergencies are ending, doctors warn the risks and dangers of the disease are still very present.
