During his visit to Batu Caves in Selangor for the Thaipusam celebration on Sunday, Human Resources Minister V. Sivakumar said this year's celebration was extra meaningful and had drawn a large crowd of devotees and tourists alike after the country had lifted Covid-19 restrictions.
