A young woman has been charged with the murders of a father and daughter at Biggenden in Queensland. Fire crews found the remains of 54-year-old Todd Mooney and his 10-year-old daughter Kirra in a shed after a fire last month. Investigators allege the 24-year-old accused was not known to the pair.
