Mavcom is the right channel for complaints, Loke tells unhappy fliers

Transport Minister Anthony Loke on Wednesday (Dec 28) said the right place for disgruntled air travellers to lodge complaints is the Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom).

He added that those who were unsatisfied with refunds for delayed or cancelled flights could also contact Mavcom.
