Extreme views on ethnicity and religion which incite hatred and could provoke hostility among citizens must stop, said Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah when opening the first meeting of the 15th Perak legislative assembly on Tuesday (Dec 20).
