3,000 tonnes of soft plastic found in Melbourne warehouse

3-thousand tonnes of soft plastics have been discovered in seven warehouses across Melbourne, after a recycling scheme was suspended last month. Victoria's environmental protection authority is investigating the recycle scheme which used to operate out of supermarkets to stop soft plastics ending up in landfill.
