Police have opened an investigation paper over a viral video showing a woman with a baby, strapped to her side, speeding down a zipline in Kuala Kubu Bharu.
The case is being investigated under Section 31(1) of the Child Act 2001 for ill-treatment, neglect, abandonment or exposure of children.
