President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. meets Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on the sidelines of the Asean Plus Three Summit in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022. Marcos and Li agreed to deepen the ties between the Philippines and China amid the tension caused by the territorial dispute at the South China Sea.
