As I often say, this is unlike any selling system out there.  It is not taught from a book that is 15 or 20 years old, 13 years old or even 30 years old, this was actually developed by me.  I have built businesses, sold them, and worked for companies doing national training programs. It became very clear to me, as a person who understood cognitive psychology and hyper competitive markets and people, that it is absolutely fundamental that whatever you are selling today that you embrace the mindset that you look through frames that respect both the prospect and the sales professional.  The system has fixed points and it fuels that kind of badminton back and forth gentle volleying.  This is not a tennis match you are not hustling back and forth, sweating and getting exhausted.  There are no mis-takes but it does take a discipline and discipline as Howard Gardner points out is one of the five minds for the future.
