Rising mortgage rates create new obstacles for homebuyers

The housing market has really taken a big hit. The average 30-year home loan is now just above seven percent. The last time it hit that mark was April 2002. Last year at this time, rates were about three percent. So it's more than doubled since. Here's David Gonzalez with our affiliate in Los Angeles.
