California Attorney General Rob Bonta shared the state's nearly $8 billion dollar plan to combat the opioid crisis in the state, and tells the dealers and suppliers of fentanyl and other narcotics to "watch out, because we are coming for them next." This as opioid overdose deaths remain near record levels across the country.
