Victorian Labor pledges new West Gippsland hospital if re-elected

The dire state of Victoria's health system continues to dominate election campaigning. The Premier was in Gippsland today to promise a new hospital, while the opposition pledged to put protective service officers into hospitals, to tackle violence.
