Climate change is making French wine production harder, more expensive and boozier

Late frosts, extreme heat and historic droughts are pushing French winemakers to the limits. We spoke to Christian Huyghe, the Scientific Director of Agriculture at INRAE to find out more about the future of wine in the climate crisis.
