Cops on hunt for man seen cutting 'Jalur Gemilang' in viral video

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Noor Dellhan Yahaya told Bernama on Thursday (Aug 18) that the police are looking for a man, who was captured in a viral video, “mutilating" the national flags displayed in the federal capital.
