Aussie rental properties colder than WHO recommendation

Rental advocates say more must be done to improve living standards for tenants, who are stuck in a cycle of cold, damp and expensive housing. A new survey has found that during winter, temperatures in Australian rental properties are dipping below levels the World Health Organisation recommends.
