Young Australian the alleged creator of global spyware used by domestic violence offenders

The alleged creator of an international covert spyware program has been unmasked as an Australian man who was 15 when he developed the program. The man who is now 24, and his mother have both been charged, over the program used by domestic violence offenders and paedophiles.
