PIE 2.0 New Upper Wheel and First Experimental Torsion Spring (Part 1 of 2)

The PIE 2.0 is progressing very nicely. I am adding a second wheel, but it is mounted above the first one rather than beside it. There was a problem with starting it up because the weights could easily catch the stops on the sun gear axle, so some very weak torsion springs were added to stop the issue. Here I am very pleased with the first spring added. (Note: A later redesign made any springs completely unnecessary)
