Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday said providing free education and medical facilities to students and people is not termed as distributing 'revdi'. The response of the AAP supremo came after Prime Minister Narendra Modi said efforts are being made to bring in the culture of collecting votes by distributing 'free revdi' in the country.
