Opposition parties to meet on July 17 to discuss Vice Presidential candidate

Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge said that a meeting will be held on July 17 to discuss on Opposition’s candidate for Vice Presidential polls.
Speaking to ANI, Kharge said, “Parliamentary Affairs Ministry has also called an all-party meet. So, we'll hold a discussion with everyone on July 17 about what kind of a candidate should we have. There is no candidate from Congress. Our party president has clearly said that whoever is chosen as the candidate by all Opposition parties, we will stand with it,” he added.
