Tel Potol is a delicious Bengali recipe made with potol(Pointed Gourds). This is not a quick recipe as potol are pan fried in mustard oil first and then added to the gravy. This method gives a completely different taste. For best result, I would suggest to use mustard oil. The pungency of mustard oil cannot be matched by any other oil. You can serve Tel Potol with hot steamed rice.
