Victorian Government admits it is overruling health advice on mask mandates

For the first time the Victorian Government has admitted it's rejected health advice refusing to implement mask mandates in schools, retail and hospitality. It comes after the number of patients in Victorian Hospitals with COVID jumped eighty per cent in the past three weeks. Victorian Hospitals are now preparign to suspend elective surgeries yet again to cope with a third wave that could soon see neraly 200 COVID patients admitted to hospital every day.
