LSK rejects IEBC's stance on having no legal authority to determine authenticity of academic papers

The Law Society of Kenya has rejected the stance taken by the electoral agency IEBC that it had no legal authority to determine the authenticity of academic papers. LSK president Erick Theuri said the commission was abdicating its duty and failing to exercise powers that the Supreme court determined it has.
