Hi! This chest workout focuses on high to low cable flys. We want to reach our fitness goals for the chest and triceps region. I show each chest fly and describe them briefly. My goal here is to keep it simple for you to understand and not overcomplicate it.

Cable flys talked about are: Decline fly, middle fly (classic), and Incline fly. Let's grow our chest and triceps!
