Leg Day Full Warm Up Routine (Dynamic)

Warming up your legs is important to not only make the most out of the workout but also to prevent injury. Our lower body gets tight from everything we do daily such as sitting, sleeping, working, etc.

I show many different exercises for your legs for anyone to do. I made this a no equipment workout and I provide further instruction on text and my voiceover in the video.

This workout can be for people that don't workout and want their lower body to be more loose as well.

All lower body variations and ideas were aimed to be included. Is there any lower body exercises you do that I didn't mention? I would love to hear it!
