Bowen blames 'policy chaos' for huge hike in energy costs

Labor's energy spokesman Chris Bowen has blamed the Morrison government for the energy regulator's decision to increase power prices. Hundreds of thousands of Australian households will be affected by the decision which will increase the benchmark price by up to 18.3%.
