In this video I want to present a compact and developed house within a 5x7 land, which is a standard front land, which can be expanded to a deeper land, where a leisure, barbecue and vegetation area can be built.
The house was designed with just one bedroom, a living room with an office, a kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. The house has a loft style, where the bedroom is located on the mezzanine and has a small balcony and rest area.
As it is a small residence, it was designed with an open concept, without using many internal walls to divide the environments, promoting a more fluid space with a sense of spaciousness.
Within these 7 meters of depth, an external area at the back was also designed, where the service area and a small space for a vertical garden or a vegetable garden for personal use was positioned.
In the kitchen, a compact environment was thought, but taking advantage not only of the space over the sink to position the cabinets, but also under the dining bench, thus providing a space to store kitchen utensils as a food pantry.
It is a house intended for people who live alone or a couple without children and do not need a very large space to live, but want an organized and cozy space.
