'Nature-fanatic films a 'snakebird' swimming underwater in search for food '

'"Fascinating" is perhaps the only word that can describe this video.

Filmed by Kayla Green, this clip shows an anhinga, also known as a water turkey, swimming underwater to locate its prey.

"Have you ever seen a bird swimming underwater?" Kayla asked rhetorically. "So, I captured this beautiful anhinga swimming during my kayak tour."

This mesmerizing sight was recorded in Silver Springs on January 14, 2022.
