President of Mexico presents report on his fourth year in office

President Andrés Manuel López Obrador took advantage of his report on the first 100 days of the fourth year of his administration yesterday to tout his achievements in economic and security matters, and to throw darts at his adversaries, personified on this occasion by opposition legislators and by private companies in the electricity sector.
