Cradle Fund CEO murder trial: Prosecution yet to establish prima facie case, says defence

The prosecution in the murder case of Cradle Fund chief executive officer Nazrin Hassan has not been able to establish a prima facie case against the accused persons, his widow Samirah Muzaffar and two teenagers, the High Court in Shah Alam was told on Thursday (April 7).
