House values up in Canberra but stall in Sydney and Melbourne

House prices in Canberra are continuing to rise, despite falls in Sydney and Melbourne. According to the latest data from Core Logic, Canberra home values have risen three-point-one percent over the quarter and twenty one point six percent over the past year.
