Hey everyone, Prog 2 of DSP Tries It: Metroid Dread is here. As the game gets harder, the DSP Tries It will get longer. I watched Almighty Frogga's Restream and this was beyond boring to watch live, and I was playing video games on the side. This makes editing easy & fast, because I just skip ahead a lot. Also Big ups to Mitch the Desert Squiddo & The Outsyder who are also planning on giving Metroid Dread the TiHYDP treatment, I look forward to seeing their versions when they are out.
I figured out why the audio is messed up. When I record a long a time in obs, I get a cpu overload message, so I'll have to lower some settings to avoid that for next time. This video was recorded at 59.94fps instead of 60 to keep cpu down, but that didn't seem to fix the audio, so I'll have to lower the bitrate for next time. Speaking of bitrate, I wanted to render this fast, so I used a lower bitrate setting in vegas pro, but I can always rerender at my normal bitrate if you are not happy with the visual quality. Enjoy!
